With an impressive tenure dating back to 2001, Vaughn initially served as Construction Manager before assuming his present role. His dedication to crafting personalized homes tailored to each client's vision is unparalleled, as he collaborates closely with them from inception to completion.

Office Manager
In 2024, we welcomed Camille to our office team, where she assumed the role of Office Manager. Responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations, Camille brings a warm and welcoming presence to our workplace. GRANT HNETKA
Lead Carpenter
Grant is the Lead Master Carpenter for Kenco Construction. He is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and has been with Kenco since 1983. He is experienced, competent and works with all of our crews to provide excellence in quality that you expect from a Kenco home.
PHIL GRUDECKI
Lead Carpenter
Phil is another one of our Lead Carpenters and has been with Kenco Construction since 1995. He has vast experience in all areas of construction, but has earned the title of "inside Phil" because of his patience and exceptional skill in finish work and detail that bring the home together in the last few weeks of construction.
NOLAN LERNER
Lead Carpenter
Nolan is one of our Lead Carpenters and has been with Kenco Construction since 2006. He has a lot of experience in framing, forming, and finish work. He typically runs a crew of three men for us to complete these tasks. He enjoys a challenge and takes on some of our largest creative projects!
