Grant is the Lead Master Carpenter for Kenco Construction. He is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter and has been with Kenco Construction since 1983. He is experienced, competent and works with all of our crews to provide excellence in quality that you expect from a Kenco Construction home.

Phil is another one of our Lead Carpenters and has been with Kenco Construction since 1995. He has vast experience in all areas of construction, but has earned the title of "inside Phil" because of his patience and exceptional skill in finish work and detail that bring the home together in the last few weeks of construction.
NOLAN LERNER
Lead Carpenter
Nolan is one of our Lead Carpenters and has been with Kenco Construction since 2006. He has a lot of experience in framing, forming, and finishing work. He typically runs a crew of three men for us to complete these tasks. He enjoys a challenge and takes on some of our largest creative projects!
