1. Inspection of House on Move In: Just prior to moving in, we will meet with you to inspect your new home and will note any areas that require improvement.

2. Inspection Two Weeks Following Move in: As you live in your new home, other "Quality Control" items may come to your attention. We ask that you list these on a "QUALITY CONTROL LIST" form and provide this list to Kenco two weeks after you move in.

3. Schedule of Tradespeople to Complete Items: As soon as Kenco has the two forms described above, we will schedule one day that is convenient for you to have the trades people come in and complete all items.

4. One Year Inspection: On or about the one year anniversary of your move in date, we will once again go through your home with you and will note any further items requiring improvements. We will then follow the same procedure as we did at the two-week inspection.

5. Member New Home Warranty Program - We are a member of the New Home Warranty Program, and will provide a five (5) year guarantee with each home that we build.
